Welcome to the OGLE On-line Photometric Databases

We present on-line, interactive interface to the photometry data set obtained by the Optical Gravitational Lensing Experiment (OGLE) project. The data currently available include the whole I-band photometry as well as the photometric BVI maps of the second phase of the project (OGLE-II) targets in the Galactic bulge and the Magellanic Clouds.

The raw photometric database is accessed through an additional database using MySQL engine, allowing to query for a selection of objects fulfilling any set of criteria including RA/Dec coordinates, mean brightness, its error etc.

The results of the queries can be browsed on-line, the light curves can be plot interactively, the photometry data can be downloaded for the total of over 1010 measurements of more than 40 million objects in the OGLE-II fields. There is a limit of 100000 objects to be displayed (and the data to be downloaded for) from a single query. Note, however, that any query will return the number of objects found.

Use the links in the left side of this page (under Database Queries) to go to the query pages. Please note that the selection of a query page defines only the parameter space to formulate the query. In each case the user will be able to download the full photometry data (either from PSF or DIA databases) of all the objects selected.

Details of the databases structure and the interface can be found in Szymański, 2005, Acta Astron., 55, 43.

Please read the News/Changes page often!
